We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Training Manager for our two maids Bothell Location.
No Nights, No Weekends, & No Holidays!
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
- Training of new employees
- Quality control
- Employee performance review
- • Employee retention and experience
- • Scheduling
- • Customer service
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of prior experience in the following industries:
- • Restaurant Management
- Retail Management
- Service business
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- • Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- (minimum liability)
- • Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
- • High school diploma or GE
- Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
